Executive Director Tammy Bowman most enjoys facilitating the connection between a donor’s intent and a recipient’s need, even though their eras may never overlap. She joined the Foundation in 2013, bringing a background in research, marketing, program, community, and donor development to the civic life of South Madison County.

Associate Director Kerry Dodd has keen interest in youth development, mental health, and a healthy natural environment. A project manager, data evaluator, and master's level sociologist, Kerry moved to South Madison County from St. Louis in 2002. When not in the office, you can find her gardening, hanging out with her pets, cooking, and exploring Falls Park. 

Scholarship Manager Lisa Floyd led the Foundation’s daily operations from 2008-2017. She now works part time with the Foundation's scholarship and nonprofit development programs. An accomplished cook, animal lover, and EMT, she lives within walking distance to work, the park, and the library.
